Now that you have the latest results of your Teacher Working Conditions Survey, it is time to unpack that data to improve your school culture. In this session we will analyze your TWCS results, identify strengths & weaknesses, and use A.I. to offer suggestions on how to improve teacher perception and create a strong school culture where staff want to be.

The purpose of this group is to Partner with the field to gather input on DLMI items, discuss Potential DLMI data-sharing practices, identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement.

This session will demonstrate the resources and content available within NCEDConnect. Participants will engage with the resources, find content, and generate ideas for use. Sometimes, lesson planning can be overwhelming! We'll combat these feelings with excellent available resources and lesson frames you can use over and over, just by swapping the content. This session explores how A.I. deep research features can act as powerful research partners during the research and literature review process helping educators move from data awareness to evidence-based action more effectively and efficiently.
